1:61	मही च परमेश्वरी। सर्वभूतेषु या देवी शक्तिरूपेण संस्थिता॥	Mahī ca parameśvarī। Sarvabhūteṣu yā devī śaktirūpeṇa saṃsthitā॥	The Goddess who exists as the supreme power in all beings, who is the great earth and the supreme ruler.
2:12	या शक्तिः प्रकृतेर्गर्भे सा त्वं वै धारणी महान्॥	Yā śaktiḥ prakṛtergarabhe sā tvaṃ vai dhāraṇī mahān॥	You are the primordial energy within nature, the great sustainer.
3:45	दुर्गे स्मृता हरसि भीतिमशेषजन्तोः स्वस्थैः स्मृता मतिमतीव शुभां दधासि॥	Durge smṛtā harasi bhītimaśeṣajantoḥ svasthaiḥ smṛtā matimativā śubhāṃ dadhāsi॥	O Durga, when remembered, you remove the fears of all beings and when remembered by the peaceful, you bestow the most auspicious intelligence.
4:19	महिषासुरमर्दिनि रूपं महासुरनिर्दलनं॥	Mahiṣāsuramardini rūpaṃ mahāsuranirdalanam॥	Your form destroys the demon Mahishasura and crushes great demons.
5:27	भक्त्या चेद्भजते किं तु नरो निःश्रेयसेच्छया॥	Bhaktyā cedabhajate kiṃ tu naro niḥśreyasecchayā॥	If a person worships with devotion, desiring ultimate liberation...

7:22	त्रैलोक्ये या च संस्थिता॥	Trailokyē yā ca saṃsthitā॥	She who is established in the three worlds.
8:15	शरणागतदीनार्तं पारिहारस्या न तत्क्वचित्॥	Śaraṇāgatadīnārthaṃ pārihāsyaṃ na tatkva cit॥	There is no mockery for those who have surrendered, who are humble and distressed.
